Cunningham Lindsey is an international firm that provides a comprehensive, around-the-clock claims management and loss adjusting service to the insurance market. Cunningham Lindsey is one of the largest claims management and loss adjusting businesses operating in the UK.

They presented us with the kind of challenge we relish. As a first step, we were asked to advise on how to migrate all of their UK regional offices to digital dictation. Then we worked closely with both their 'coal face' users and IT team to develop a custom Expedict platform for booking our transcription service, entering all relevant case details, selecting amongst hundreds of commonly used templates, delivering digital dictation and then receiving typed documents that are automatically imported into Cunningham Lindsey's claims handling system.
